The location was the only good thing about the hotel
I wanted a room in a quiet location (facing the back) on the upper floor and got a room on the first floor facing very noisy place. Another room is not free. With the window open, sleeping was impossible, and noisy air conditioning; So I had no quiet night! Will not book this hotel anymore.

Marble throughout the house would have to be sanded and polished. Some areas of the hotel should be renovated

TV is opposite the sofa; you can't watch bad TV from the bed! should install a mechanical TV arm, then the problem would be solved.

The hotel has amicable employees at the reception desk. The location is great and fabulous for the price, with a short walk to all the museums, attractions, plazas, and great places to eat.- It is close to Plaza del Sol, Mercado de San Miguel, and the three major art museums.- Excellent for visiting a vast pedestrianized public square.

Everything was first-class, clean hotel, absolutely perfect location in a great area. Met extremely helpful staff at the reception desk. The twin/double room was air-conditioned, included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath robes. We had delicious and free breakfasts at a reduced rate.

The location was incredible, just off historic Madrid with attractions, neighborhoods, restaurants, and major museums nearby.

The location is very central, the staff very nice and friendly. Dogs are welcome and even get a generous gift.
The rooms are extremely noisy and the cheap laminate floor probably has no insulation. You can hear the neighbors next door (watching TV) and at the same time from the top (when somebody is walking around).

The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect in front of a palace and a museum. Found Mercado de la Reina with perfect drinks 500 metres away.- I liked the well-prepared breakfast offered by the hotel.
